Visual message builder
Text, up to 10 embeds with author, fields, images, footer and timestamp, plus a live preview that shows Discord’s limits as you type. Import and export Discohook JSON.
Write your announcement once in a visual message builder with a live Discord preview, save it, and let BotGG post it right away, at a set time or on repeat: every Friday, on the 1st of each month or every few hours. Made a typo? Edit the message the bot already posted.

Role @Game night added.

Name and tag your messages, search them, duplicate one as a starting point and send any of them with a click or with /announce.
Post once, daily, weekly on chosen days, monthly on a set day or every 1 to 168 hours. Stop never, on a date or after a number of posts.
Add link buttons, buttons that toggle a role, or a drop-down role menu. The bot handles the clicks and refuses roles with dangerous permissions.
Nothing is pinged unless you choose it: @everyone, selected roles or the members you mention. Your message can still show mentions silently.
Post under your own name and avatar, for example “Server News”, through a channel webhook that the bot creates and manages for you.
Open https://console.botgg.app, pick your server and switch on Announcements. Decide whether role buttons answer members with a short “Role added” note.
Write the text, add embeds, buttons or a role menu and pick who gets pinged. The preview shows exactly how it will look in Discord.
Click Send now, or create a schedule with a channel or thread, a repeat type and an end. The console lists the next posts in your server’s time zone.
See what was posted or failed and why, jump to the message, update it from the latest saved version or delete it.
Weekly event reminders, monthly rules recaps, a daily tip: each schedule posts a saved message into a channel or an active thread at the time you set in your server’s time zone. On short months a schedule for the 31st runs on the last day. You can pause and resume any schedule, and because the queue lives in the database, a restart never posts a message twice.
If the bot was offline for more than 6 hours at the scheduled time, that run is skipped and marked as missed instead of arriving late. You can keep up to 25 saved messages and 5 schedules on Free, or 250 messages and 50 schedules on Pro.
Staff can post any saved message straight from Discord with /announce message: [channel:]. Autocomplete lists the library with tags, and by default the command needs the Manage Messages permission. The member must be allowed to write in the target channel, and a message that pings @everyone also needs Mention Everyone. Want members to pick roles from the post? See also Reaction roles.

/announcemessagechannel?Announcements: post a saved messageEvery feature works on the Free plan. Pro raises the limits and unlocks extras.

Enable Announcements in the BotGG console, build and save your message, then create a schedule: pick the channel, the date and time and how often it repeats. The bot posts it on time in your server’s time zone.
Yes. Change the saved message, open History and click Update: the bot edits the posted message to the current version. You can also delete a posted announcement from there.
Yes. Add role buttons that toggle a role, or a drop-down menu where members choose roles. Each role can be used once per message, must be below the bot, and roles with dangerous permissions are blocked unless listed under Privileged roles.
On Pro, yes. The bot posts through a channel webhook it manages, so the message shows your chosen name and avatar. It needs the Manage Webhooks permission; otherwise it posts as BotGG and tells you why.
Up to 25 saved messages and 5 schedules on the Free plan, 250 and 50 on Pro. See pricing.
Add BotGG for free, then switch features on in the web console.
