Phases on a timeline
Draft, submissions, voting, results: set the dates in your server’s time zone and the bot moves the contest along by itself, or advance it by hand.
Contests turns your members’ creativity into an event. Open a contest for art, clips, screenshots, builds or writing, members enter with a file, a link or a text, every entry lands in a Discord gallery, and the winners are chosen by community votes, a judge panel or both. The podium gets coins, roles and badges, and you can even publish an online gallery.

Draft, submissions, voting, results: set the dates in your server’s time zone and the bot moves the contest along by itself, or advance it by hand.
Every approved entry is posted in the gallery channel with its title, caption and a vote button. Files are re-uploaded by the bot, so they don’t disappear.
Give each member 1 to 20 votes, block self-votes and fresh accounts, limit voting to roles, and keep the counts hidden until the results or show them live.
Judges score each entry from 0 to 10 on up to 5 weighted criteria, in Discord with /contest judge or with sliders in the console. Or mix judges and votes.
Up to 5 places, each with Bank coins, roles and a badge. Rewards are handed out once, the podium is posted, and /contest awards shows a member’s badges.
Review entries before they appear, limit entries per member, block risky links, and run anonymous contests where authors are revealed with the results.
Open https://console.botgg.app, choose your server and switch on Contests in the Engagement section. The /contest commands then appear in your server.
In the console: title, rules and category, the phase dates, what can be entered and how many entries per member, voting or judging, and the podium rewards, with a live Discord preview.
With /contest submit and a file, a link or a text, or by posting in a submission channel. The bot posts each entry in the gallery, after staff approval if you want.
Members vote with the buttons, judges score, and when voting closes the bot posts the podium, pays the coins and hands out roles and badges.
Standings use one formula everywhere: community score from votes, judge score from the weighted criteria, or a mix with the weight you set. Ties are broken in the order you choose (judges, votes, earliest entry) or the places are shared. Finishing a contest computes the results once, then rewards are paid once and the podium is posted once, even if two staff members click at the same time.
Each contest can also get a public gallery page in the web, off by default. Turning it on asks for your explicit consent, shows only approved entries and never member IDs, and shows author names only if you allow it, after the contest is finished. Free servers can run 3 contests at a time (drafts included) and Pro servers 15.

Create a contest in the console with the category Art, set the submission and voting dates and the rewards, and pick a gallery channel. Members enter with /contest submit and their image; BotGG posts the gallery, collects the votes and announces the winners.
Yes. Choose community votes, a judge panel or hybrid mode, where the final score is the community share you set plus the judges’ score. Judges can never score their own entry.
Self-votes are blocked, bots can’t vote, and accounts must be a minimum age (7 days by default) to vote. You can also limit voting to certain roles.
No. Discord file links expire, so the bot re-uploads every file into its own gallery message and refreshes the link whenever it is shown. A file disappears only if that gallery message is deleted.
Each contest can have a public gallery web page, which you turn on yourself after a consent step. It shows the rules, the podium and approved entries, with a link to report content.
Add BotGG for free, then switch features on in the web console.
