Panels and multi-panels
Design panels with your own title, text, color, image and button. Group several panels behind one message as buttons or a select menu so members pick the right topic.
BotGG Tickets is a full Discord ticket bot: members open private tickets from a panel, a command or any message, your staff claim and answer them, and every closed ticket leaves a transcript. You build it in the web console instead of memorising setup commands.

Design panels with your own title, text, color, image and button. Group several panels behind one message as buttons or a select menu so members pick the right topic.
Ask up to five questions in a Discord pop-up — text, select menus, or user, role and channel pickers. Answers appear in the ticket, so staff start with context.
Split support into teams with their own panels and on-call roles. Claim a ticket to take it over, transfer it, or let other staff watch without typing.
Ask the member to confirm the issue is solved, with an optional timer. Close tickets automatically after no reply, inactivity or when the member leaves.
Set opening hours per weekday and time zone: outside them, block new tickets or warn members that replies may take longer. Blacklist users or roles in one command.
Closed tickets are saved and viewable in the console, posted to a transcript channel and sent to the member, who can rate support 1–5 stars.
In the BotGG console enable Tickets and choose admin and support roles or users. Add teams if different people handle different topics.
Pick where tickets go (private channels in a category or private threads), the naming scheme, pings, a welcome message and an optional form. Or run /tickets setup for a quick start.
Choose a channel in the console or use /tickets panel send. Edits you save later update the posted message automatically.
Staff use the Close, Close with reason and Claim buttons or /ticket commands, /tag for saved replies, and /tickets stats for response times and ratings.
Members click a panel button, choose a topic from a multi-panel, or run /ticket open with an optional subject. Staff can also right-click any message and choose Start ticket: the message becomes the ticket subject, a quote with a jump link is added, and the author can be pulled into the ticket automatically.
Before a ticket opens, BotGG checks your rules in order — disabled panel, blacklist, role-based access rules, open-ticket limits, cooldown and support hours. Staff skip the limits so they can always open tickets on behalf of members.
{user}, {ticket_id} and {claimed_by}./tag, including embeds and ticket placeholders.Closing saves the full conversation. Staff read it in the console, the transcript channel gets a close summary with opener, closer, claimer and reason, and the member receives a DM copy with 1–5 star rating buttons and an optional follow-up survey. Downloadable HTML transcript files are included on every plan.
/tickets stats shows opened and closed counts, average first response, average resolution time, average rating and your most active staff, and the log channel records opens, closes, claims and transfers.

Enable Tickets in the BotGG console, add your support roles, create a panel and post it to a channel. /tickets setup creates a working panel in the current channel in one step. Our Discord ticket system guide walks through every option.
Yes. Each panel chooses private channels in a category or private threads in the panel channel. Thread mode also supports reopening a closed ticket with /ticket reopen.
Yes. Attach a form to a panel and members answer up to five questions in a pop-up — short or long text, select menus, or user, role and channel pickers. Answers are shown in the ticket.
If you enable it, the member receives a DM when the ticket closes with the close summary and the transcript, and can rate the support they got.
Yes. Support hours per weekday and time zone either block new tickets (the panel button is disabled) or let them open with a warning. You can also set cooldowns and a maximum number of open tickets per member.
Tickets works on the Free plan with a few panels, forms and tags, and HTML transcript files. Pro raises those limits.
