RSVP buttons on every event
Going, Maybe and Not going with live counts, an attendee list, a Google Calendar button and a Join voice button when the event happens in a voice or stage channel.
Create an event with /event create or in the console calendar. BotGG posts an announcement with Going / Maybe / Not going buttons, keeps count against the capacity, reminds people before the start and mirrors everything to a native Discord event.

Going, Maybe and Not going with live counts, an attendee list, a Google Calendar button and a Join voice button when the event happens in a voice or stage channel.
Set a capacity and late sign-ups join the waitlist. When someone drops out, the next person moves up automatically and gets a DM.
By default a DM 60 and 15 minutes before the start. Up to 5 reminders per event, from 1 minute to 7 days ahead, by DM, in the channel or both.
Each event can create a Discord Scheduled Event and keep it updated, started and closed. Clicking “Interested” in Discord counts as Maybe.
Give Going members a role while the event runs and take it back at the end. When it starts, the bot posts a message with the voice link and mentions everyone going.
Repeat weekly on chosen days, every few weeks or monthly. Share an iCal feed so members can subscribe in their own calendar app.
Open https://console.botgg.app, choose your server and switch on Events. Pick the announcement channel, who may create events and the default reminders.
Run /event create and fill in the form: title, description, start (“tomorrow 20:00”, “in 2h”), duration and place. The console editor adds a cover image, co-hosts, capacity, an attendee role and a live preview.
People click Going, Maybe or Not going under the announcement. When the event is full, new sign-ups land on the waitlist.
Reminders go out on time, the event goes live with a start message and the attendee role, the Discord event is kept in sync and everything closes at the end.
Game nights, watch parties, study sessions and meetups need the same things: one place to sign up, a reminder before the start and a clear headcount. BotGG keeps it inside Discord. Times are entered in your server’s time zone and shown to each member in their own. Managers (Manage Server, Manage Events or the roles you choose) can create and edit any event; you can let other roles or everyone create events too, with a limit of 3 upcoming events per member to prevent spam.
Organizing raids with role slots instead? Use Parties. For one-off pings that aren’t events, see Reminders, and to react when an event starts or someone RSVPs, use Flows.
/event create [channel] [capacity] [ping] [host]: open the event form/event edit event: change the title, description, time or place/event cancel event: cancel and update the announcement/event list · /event attendees event: upcoming events and who is comingThe console shows every event in a Month, Week or List view with stats for upcoming events, RSVPs and average fill. Open an event to manage attendees, add or remove people by hand and export the list as CSV. You can also turn on a public calendar page and share its link.
On Pro, an event can repeat every week on chosen days, every few weeks or every month (same date or, for example, the second Friday), ending on a date, after a number of times or never. The iCal feed lets members subscribe from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. The Free plan keeps up to 10 upcoming and live events at once, Pro up to 100.

Enable Events in the console, then run /event create and fill in the form. BotGG posts the announcement with Going, Maybe and Not going buttons and keeps the counts up to date.
Yes. Each event can create a native Discord event and keep it in sync, including start, end and cancel. The bot needs the Manage Events permission for that; without it the announcement still works. “Interested” clicks count as Maybe.
New Going clicks join a waitlist (or are refused if you turn the waitlist off). When a spot opens, the earliest person on the waitlist moves up and gets a DM.
Yes, on Pro: weekly on chosen days, every N weeks or monthly, ending on a date, after a number of events or never. The next date is created when the current one starts.
Every announcement has a Google Calendar button. On Pro you can also share an iCal feed that calendar apps keep in sync, and any plan can turn on a public calendar page.
Up to 10 upcoming and live events at once on the Free plan and 100 on Pro. Finished events don’t count. See pricing.
