Drag nodes from a searchable palette, connect them, and arrange them with auto-layout, sticky notes, copy and paste, undo and redo. No scripts to host.
Flows turns BotGG into a Discord automation bot you program by dragging boxes, not writing code. Pick a trigger, add conditions and actions on a canvas, test it with real data, and switch it on — in the spirit of n8n or Make, built for Discord servers.
how do I get the ranked role?

Drag nodes from a searchable palette, connect them, and arrange them with auto-layout, sticky notes, copy and paste, undo and redo. No scripts to host.
New message, member joined or left, reaction added, roles changed, voice activity, button clicked, schedule (interval or cron), manual runs and incoming webhooks.
If, Switch, Filter and Loop nodes, Wait up to 15 minutes, Stop with success or error, plus data nodes for text, dates, JSON and workflow variables.
Send messages with embeds and buttons, DM, reply, react, add or remove roles, time out, kick, ban, create threads, edit channels and look up members.
Call any HTTP API, read and write Google Sheets, or query your own MySQL database. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never sent back to the browser.
Run a flow from the editor, see each node’s input and output, and review past executions to find exactly where something failed.
Enable Flows for your server in the BotGG console and create a flow from scratch or from a template.
Start with a Discord event, a schedule in your server’s time zone, a manual trigger or a webhook URL.
Connect conditions, loops and actions. Use {{ }} expressions and the variable picker to insert data such as the message author or a sheet row.
Run a test with sample or real data, check every node’s output, and flip the Active toggle. The bot picks up changes on its own.
Most “I wish the bot could…” requests are a trigger, a condition and an action. Flows gives you those building blocks with a safe expression language instead of a scripting sandbox, so server admins can automate without hiring a developer.
Seven starter templates come with setup steps: welcome DM, log messages to Google Sheets, webhook to Discord announcement, keyword auto-reply, daily scheduled post, role on reaction and goodbye log.
Every flow runs with a time limit and a cap on node runs, and HTTP requests are blocked from reaching private networks. The bot’s own messages never trigger flows, so loops can’t spiral. Runs are rate-limited per flow and per server.
Webhook triggers and the Google Sheets and MySQL integrations are part of the Pro plan; Pro also raises the number of flows, daily runs and saved credentials.
No slash commands — everything is configured in the web console and runs automatically.
Every feature works on the Free plan. Pro raises the limits and unlocks extras.

No. You connect nodes on a canvas and fill in forms. Expressions like {{ $trigger.message.content }} are optional and picked from a variable list. See the no-code Discord automation guide.
New messages, members joining or leaving, reactions, role changes, voice activity, button clicks on messages a flow sent, schedules, manual runs and incoming webhooks.
Yes. The Google Sheets node can append, read, update, clear and look up rows using a service account, and the MySQL node runs parameterised queries, inserts and updates. Both are part of Pro.
Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, secret fields are never returned to the browser, and each credential can be tested before you use it.
Yes. With Bank enabled, the Get balance, Add to balance and Remove from balance actions read and change a member’s balance with a reason. Every change lands in the Bank ledger, balances never go below zero, and you choose whether a member who can’t afford a removal stops the flow or takes another branch.
Not currently. Flows run from Discord events, schedules, webhooks or the editor’s manual trigger. Everything is built in the web console.
