Security & permission audit
@everyone with Administrator or dangerous permissions, too many admin roles, other bots with Administrator, roles your features hand out that carry Ban or Manage Messages.
Most servers that get raided or nuked had the hole open for months: @everyone with a permission it shouldn’t have, a bot with Administrator, no logs, no backup. Server Doctor scans your Discord server, gives it a health score from 0 to 100 and explains every finding in plain language — with a one-click fix where it’s safe.
/doctor

Only you can see this
@everyone with Administrator or dangerous permissions, too many admin roles, other bots with Administrator, roles your features hand out that carry Ban or Manage Messages.
Every scan gets a 0–100 score with a grade and a breakdown by category: Security, Permissions, Moderation, Onboarding and BotGG setup. The history chart shows the trend.
Strip dangerous permissions from @everyone, lock announcement channels, raise the verification level, turn on anti-nuke or create a private log channel — after you see exactly what will change.
Server Doctor stores the previous state of everything it changes. Undo puts it back for 7 days — and leaves alone anything you changed again since.
Switch it on and BotGG re-checks the server on its own and alerts your staff channel when the score drops or a new critical problem appears.
Scans never change anything. Run /doctor in Discord or open the full report in the console — on every plan, even if the feature is switched off.
Go to https://console.botgg.app, pick your server and open Server Doctor in the Moderation group. The first scan runs automatically — or type /doctor in Discord.
Findings are sorted worst first, each with a severity, the affected roles and channels, and a short “why it matters”. Filter by category or severity.
Use Fix it for a reviewed one-click change, Open to jump to the right BotGG setting, or Ignore an accepted risk so it stops counting.
Switch the feature on, pick how often to re-check (every 1 to 30 days) and an alert channel. Your staff hears about new problems before raiders find them.
Server Doctor runs about 30 checks on every scan, using only data BotGG already has — no message content is read. A few of them:
A one-click fix only changes what the confirmation lists — if the server changed in the meantime, you’re asked to review it again. Server Doctor only ever edits the @everyone role: it never removes Administrator from your roles and never touches roles above BotGG’s own (it tells you what to do by hand instead). Fixes that need Discord permissions BotGG wasn’t invited with, like Manage Server for the verification level, say so up front.
Every fix is written to the console’s audit log and can be undone for 7 days. Pair the health check with Moderation, Backups and Logs — most findings point straight at them.

/doctorcategory?Server Doctor: check this server’s health (security, permissions, setup)Run /doctor in your server (Manage Server needed) or open Server Doctor in the BotGG console. You get a 0–100 score and a list of findings — from @everyone permissions to missing logs and backups — each explained in plain language.
No. Scanning is read-only. Changes only happen when you click Fix it and confirm the exact list of changes, and every fix can be undone for 7 days.
Never automatically. It only edits the @everyone role. Roles with Administrator are reported with a recommendation — you decide what to change.
Changing server settings needs the Manage Server permission, which BotGG doesn’t ask for when you invite it. Grant it if you want one-click fixes for those settings, or change them yourself in Server Settings → Safety Setup.
Yes — scans, fixes, history and weekly monitoring work on every plan, including Free.
Add BotGG for free, then switch features on in the web console.
