/work pays a random amount in your range with a fun job story. /crime pays more but can end in a fine, at the success chance you choose.
Discord economy games: work, crime, fishing, robbery and optional casino
Economy games give your Bank currency something to do. Members work shifts, try small crimes, go fishing or hunting and rob each other, and you decide the payouts, cooldowns and odds. Casino games are off by default and use virtual server coins only.

Fishing and hunting
/fish and /hunt roll a loot table from junk to legendary. You set the chance and the coin range of every rarity, and the catch is paid out right away.
Robbery with protection
/rob steals a share of another member’s balance or ends in a fine. Recently robbed members, new members, poor targets and protected roles are safe.
Optional casino games
Coinflip, dice, slots and blackjack with buttons. Switch gambling on only if your server wants it, set the bets, the house edge and a daily loss limit.
Daily interest
Optionally pay a daily percentage on balances up to a cap, once per day after midnight in your server’s timezone. It is never paid twice.
Anti-abuse built in
Cooldowns, a daily earning cap, minimum account and server age, blocked roles and allowed channels per command. Robberies and big wins can go to a log channel.
How it works
Turn on the Bank
Economy games pay in your Bank currency, so enable Bank first and name your coins in https://console.botgg.app.
Enable Economy games
Switch on Economy games and tune each command: cooldowns, payouts, crime odds and loot tables. The payout simulator shows the expected coins per hour and day.
Decide on robbery, gambling and interest
Set robbery rules and protected roles, switch casino games on or leave them off, and add daily interest if you want savings to grow.
Members play in Discord
Members run
/work,/fishor/rob @member, and check cooldowns and today’s limits with/economy status. The Stats tab shows coins created and destroyed per day.
Economy games on top of a real Bank ledger
Many Discord economy bots keep a separate wallet for their games. BotGG doesn’t: every coin earned, lost, stolen or paid as interest is a row in the same Bank ledger as /daily, /pay and staff payouts, so balances always add up and the /bank leaderboard covers everything. Coins earned here can be spent in the Shop.
Random results use a cryptographically secure generator, and the console calculates the same numbers as the bot, so the simulator’s expected payouts are the real ones. Built-in job stories and loot names exist in English, Russian and Hebrew; on Pro you can add your own job and crime texts and loot names.

Gambling that stays under your control
Not every server wants casino games, so gambling starts switched off and each game can be turned on alone. Coinflip, dice and slots pay according to the house edge you set (from 0 to 20%); blackjack uses a single deck, the dealer stands on all 17s and a blackjack pays 3:2. A hand that is left alone stands by itself after a timeout, so no stake is ever stuck.
Every result says it plainly: virtual server currency only, no real money and no cash-out. A daily loss limit refuses any bet that could push a member past it, and minimum and maximum bets keep the stakes sensible.

Frequently asked questions
How do I add an economy game like /work to my Discord server?
Enable the Bank in the BotGG console, then switch on Economy games. /work, /crime, /fish, /hunt and /rob are ready right away; adjust their payouts and cooldowns whenever you like.
Can I turn gambling off?
Gambling is off by default. You can leave it off, turn it on, or allow only some of the games: coinflip, dice, slots and blackjack.
Is this real-money gambling?
No. All games use your server’s virtual Bank coins. There is no real money and no cash-out, and every gambling result says so.
How do I stop members from farming coins?
Use cooldowns, a daily earning cap per member, a minimum Discord account age and time on the server, blocked roles and allowed channels per command. Check the Stats tab for coins created and destroyed per day.
Can members protect themselves from /rob?
Yes. Members with a protected role can’t be robbed (for example a timed role sold in the Shop), and anyone who was just robbed is protected for a while. You can also protect members with a low balance or who joined recently.
Can I write my own job and crime texts?
Yes, on Pro and higher plans. Add your own /work and /crime stories with {amount} and {user}, plus your own fish and hunt loot names, and mix them with the built-in ones or replace them. See pricing.
