Forms with up to 25 questions
Short and long text, single and multiple choice, yes/no and number questions, split into pages of five with Continue buttons. Validation catches bad answers before submit.
Applications replaces Google Forms and messy DMs with a proper staff application bot inside Discord. Members apply through native pop-ups, reviewers discuss and vote in a private thread, and one click accepts the applicant, gives their roles and sends the DM.

@Recruiters new application #27 to review.
Short and long text, single and multiple choice, yes/no and number questions, split into pages of five with Continue buttons. Validation catches bad answers before submit.
Minimum account age, time on the server, required or blocked roles, a minimum level from Levels, open/close dates and a cooldown between applications.
Each application gets a private thread in your staff channel — or its own channel — with the answers and applicant info: account age, join date, roles and level.
Reviewers vote 👍 or 👎. Require a number of approvals before Accept unlocks, or let votes decide automatically. Deciders can accept, deny, hold or interview.
One button opens a private interview thread with the applicant and the reviewer, and the applicant gets a DM with a link to it.
Accepting adds and removes roles, DMs the applicant and can announce them publicly. Denying sends the reason by DM and starts a reapply cooldown.
In the BotGG console create a form from a template or from scratch, add questions and set requirements, reviewers and what happens on accept or deny.
Pick thread or channel review mode, a staff channel, reviewer and manager roles, an interview channel, DM templates and a log channel.
Design a panel with a button or menu entry per form and post it, or send it with /applications panel send. Members can also use /apply.
Staff vote and decide in Discord or in the console. /applications list shows open applications; the console dashboard tracks acceptance rate and decision time.
Hiring moderators or accepting clan members through DMs gets messy fast: answers get lost, two staff members give different replies, and nobody remembers why someone was denied. BotGG keeps every application numbered, with its answers, votes, timeline and final decision in one place.
Decisions are safe against double clicks and against a Discord click racing a console click — an application can only be decided once. If a role can’t be given because of role order, BotGG tells you exactly which one.

Enable Applications in the BotGG console, create a form with your questions, choose a review channel and reviewer roles, then post a panel. Members click the button, answer in Discord pop-ups, and the application appears in a private review thread.
Yes. Each form can require a minimum account age, a minimum time on the server, certain roles or a minimum level, and can block specific roles. Requirements are checked when the member starts and again when they submit.
Yes. Reviewers vote 👍 or 👎 once each. In gate mode Accept stays locked until enough approvals; in auto mode the application is accepted or denied automatically when either side reaches the number.
Yes. On accept, BotGG adds and removes the roles you configured, sends the accepted DM and can post a welcome announcement. Any role it can’t manage is reported in the review thread.
Tickets are open conversations for support. Applications are structured forms with requirements, voting and a yes/no decision that changes roles.
