Search that understands your members
/help search ranks titles, tags and text, ignores case and accents and handles Russian and Hebrew spelling, so “refund”, “Refunds” and “возврат” all find the right article.
Write the answers your staff gives every day once. Help Center keeps them as articles in categories: members search them with /help, browse them in a panel, and see the right ones before they open a ticket. If you want, the public articles also get their own pages on botgg.app.

Only you can see this
/help search ranks titles, tags and text, ignores case and accents and handles Russian and Hebrew spelling, so “refund”, “Refunds” and “возврат” all find the right article.
Before Tickets opens a channel, members see up to 3 matching articles with “This solved it” and “Still open a ticket”. No match means no extra step.
Build articles from headings, paragraphs, lists, code, callouts and images, with a live preview of the Discord embed and of the web page.
Switch on publishing and your public articles get static, search-friendly pages in your language. Off by default and reviewed by BotGG before anything goes live.
Every article is public, Discord only or a staff draft. Internal answers never reach the web.
Stats show views, searches, how many tickets the suggestions prevented and the searches that found nothing, so you know what to write next.
Open https://console.botgg.app, pick your server and switch on Help Center.
Create categories, then write articles with the block editor. Choose the language and who can see each one.
Members run /help search, staff answer with /help article, and /help panel posts a category browser.
With Tickets enabled, map panels to categories or tags, and let members solve common problems on their own.
Articles live in the BotGG console and are shown in Discord as embeds. Staff with Manage Messages post an article in the channel; everyone else sees it privately. Ticket suggestions match the member’s subject and the panel title, plus any categories or tags you assign to a panel. Staff members always open tickets directly.
Public pages are separate from the feature switch: nothing is public until someone with Manage Server turns on publishing and confirms. BotGG reviews the site and every public article, NSFW and age-restricted servers are never shown, and turning publishing off removes the pages within minutes. Combine it with the Server Directory and both pages link to each other.
