Two jobs, one feature. Members set personal reminders with /remind me using normal phrases like “in 2h” or “friday 18:00”. Admins schedule server announcements — once, every day or on chosen weekdays — right from the console. That’s the BotGG Discord reminder bot.

⏰ Got it! I’ll remind you Friday, October 2, 2026 6:00 PM (in 6 days).

@Alex ⏰ Reminder: Raid night — bring flasks
“in 2h”, “in 1h30m”, “tomorrow 9:00”, “friday 18:00”, “8pm”, “2026-10-01 20:00” or a Discord timestamp — in English, Russian or Hebrew.
Times are read in the server time zone, so “20:00” means the same moment for everyone on the server, and repeats keep their local time across daylight saving changes.
Repeat a reminder every day or every week — perfect for daily quests, weekly resets or a standing raid night.
Get the reminder in your DMs or have it posted in the channel where you set it. If your DMs are closed, the bot falls back to that channel.
Admins create messages that post on a date, every day or on chosen weekdays at a set time — with plain text, an embed or both, and a live preview.
Reminders are checked every 15 seconds and claimed before sending, so a restart never sends one twice. After an outage a repeating reminder fires once and moves on.
Open https://console.botgg.app, choose your server and switch on Reminders. Set how many active reminders a member may have and whether repeats and channel delivery are allowed.
Type /remind me, write when and what — for example when: friday 18:00, text: raid night — and optionally pick a repeat and where to deliver it.
In the Scheduled messages tab pick a channel, choose once, daily or weekly, set the time and write the message or embed. The next run is shown right away.
Members see and delete their own reminders with /remind list and /remind delete. Admins pause, edit or remove announcements in the console.
Nobody wants to calculate UTC offsets to get a ping. BotGG reads relative times (“in 45m”, “in 2 weeks”), clock times (“20:00”, “8pm”), days (“tomorrow”, “day after tomorrow at 10:00”), weekdays (“friday 18:00”) and full dates. Russian and Hebrew phrases work too — “через 2 часа”, “в пятницу в 18:00”, “בעוד שעתיים”. Reminders can be set from 30 seconds up to a year ahead.
Reminder texts stay private. In the console admins see how many reminders members have, never what they say.
/remind me when text [repeat] [where] — set a reminder/remind list — your active reminders on this server/remind delete — remove one, with autocompleteWeekly event reminders, daily reset notices, a one-off launch message at a precise time — set them up once in the console and forget about them. Each announcement has a name, a channel, a schedule (once on a date, daily, or on selected weekdays), a time in your server time zone and a message: text, an embed built field by field, or both. You can mention members and roles; @everyone and @here are never pinged.
Need more than a timed message, like actions that react to events? Build them with Flows. For votes on a schedule, pair announcements with Polls, and let Birthdays handle birthday greetings on their own.

With BotGG enabled, type /remind me, then fill in when (for example “in 2h” or “tomorrow 9:00”) and text. The bot confirms the exact time and pings you when it’s due.
Yes. Pick repeat: daily or weekly and the reminder comes back at the same local time until you delete it with /remind delete. Admins can turn repeats off for the server.
Open the Reminders page in the BotGG console, go to Scheduled messages and add one: channel, once / daily / weekly, time and the message or embed. The bot posts it on schedule.
Your server’s time zone, set in the console. Everyone on the server gets the same moment, and daily or weekly repeats stay at the same local time when clocks change.
If the server allows it (on by default), the reminder is posted in the channel where you set it and pings only you.
