Question of the Day gives your chat a reason to talk every day. Fill a queue of questions, pick the time and the weekdays, and the bot posts one question a day with its own answer thread. Members suggest new questions, build answer streaks and can earn Bank coins or Levels XP for answering.

What you get
An answer thread every day
Each question opens its own thread, so answers stay together and the channel stays readable. An optional role ping tells members a new question is up.
Members suggest questions
/qotd suggest sends a question to your staff. They approve or reject it from a card in Discord or in the console, and approved ones join the queue.
Answer streaks and a leaderboard
Answering question after question builds a streak. /qotd streak shows yours, /qotd leaderboard ranks the server by current streak, best streak or answers.
Optional rewards
Give Bank coins and/or Levels XP for the first answer to each question, with a minimum length and a daily cap per member.
Never run dry
Staff get an alert when the queue runs low or empty, and built-in question packs in English, Russian and Hebrew can keep the daily post going.
How it works
Turn on Question of the Day
Open https://console.botgg.app, choose your server and switch on Question of the Day in the Engagement section. The
/qotdcommands then appear in your server.Set the time and the channel
Choose the channel, the posting time and the weekdays, the title and an optional ping role. A live preview shows the exact post.
Fill the queue
Add questions as rows in the console (drag them into order or schedule one for a specific day), import starter questions, or use
/qotd addin Discord.Members answer every day
The question is posted with its thread, members answer, streaks grow, and the Stats tab shows answers per day and the most answered questions.
A daily habit for your community
A member’s first message in the answer thread counts as their answer. Streaks follow the questions that were actually posted, so a day without a post never breaks anyone’s streak. Staff can post a question right away with /qotd post or from the console, without replacing the daily one.
The queue holds up to 30 questions on the Free plan and 500 on Pro. Dated questions go first on their day, then the queue order. When the queue is empty you can let the bot pick from the built-in packs or simply skip the day.

What is a Question of the Day bot?
A bot that posts one conversation starter a day in a channel of your choice. BotGG adds an answer thread for each question, member suggestions, answer streaks and optional rewards, all set up in the web console.
Can members suggest questions?
Yes. With /qotd suggest a member sends a question to the review channel. Staff approve or reject it with one click in Discord or in the console. Duplicates and blocked links are refused, and each member can have only a few suggestions waiting.
What happens when the queue is empty?
Staff get an alert when the queue is running low and again when it is empty. You can turn on the built-in question packs (in English, Russian or Hebrew, or the server’s language) so a question is still posted every day.
How do answer streaks work?
Answer the latest posted question and your streak grows by one. Skip one and it starts again. The leaderboard shows current streaks, best streaks and total answers.
