Four verification methods
A single button, a rules screen with “I accept the rules”, an image captcha typed into a form, or up to three questions with accepted answers.
Verification keeps bots and raiders out of your channels. New members see only a #verify channel until they pass the check you choose — one click, accepting the rules, a real image captcha or a few questions — and then the bot hands them the member role.

Only you can see this
A single button, a rules screen with “I accept the rules”, an image captcha typed into a form, or up to three questions with accepted answers.
Each captcha is a freshly drawn image with warped, rotated characters and noise, from an alphabet without look-alikes like 0/O. Members get a limited number of attempts and a “New image” button.
Accounts younger than your minimum age can be kicked automatically or held for staff review — the fastest way to stop throwaway alts.
Send everyone, or only suspicious joins, to a review channel with Approve and Deny buttons. Decisions can also be made from the console.
The console can create the Unverified role and a #verify channel and hide every other channel from unverified members — with a summary before anything changes.
Set a time limit and decide what happens on failure: kick with a DM, send to review, or just log it and let them retry. An optional welcome DM greets members who pass.
Open Verification in the web console. The wizard creates or reuses the Unverified role and #verify channel and locks the rest of the server for unverified members.
Choose button, rules, captcha or questions. Write rules and questions in structured rows; a live answer tester shows which replies will be accepted.
Choose member roles to give, the deadline, what happens on failure, the account-age gate, manual approval and log and review channels.
The bot posts the verification panel in #verify. Members press Verify (or run /verify), pass the check and unlock the server.
Raid bots join fast and post faster. With BotGG Verification, a fresh account lands in a server that shows nothing but the verification panel. It has to press a button, read an image and type the code into a Discord form before it can see a single channel — and accounts younger than your threshold never get that far without a human looking at them.
Attempts are limited and counted even across bot restarts, and failed or timed-out members are kicked, queued for review or logged, as you decide. Pair it with Moderation for anti-raid tools and Logs to see every join with its invite.
The step-by-step Discord verification guide walks through a full setup. In short:

A real image. BotGG draws a new 5–6 character code for every attempt; the member types it into a Discord form. A button-only method is also available if you prefer less friction.
You choose: kick them (with a DM first), send them to the staff review queue, or just log it and let them try again. An optional deadline, up to 7 days, applies the same action to members who never finish.
Yes. Turn on manual approval and every member who passes lands in the review channel with Approve and Deny buttons. Staff roles you choose, plus anyone with Kick Members, can decide — in Discord or in the console queue.
Yes. With Welcome messages set to wait for verification, the greeting is posted only after the member passes, so your welcome channel doesn’t fill up with bots.
