Works with every calendar app
A standard iCal (.ics) feed: Google Calendar and Outlook buttons, a webcal:// link for Apple Calendar on iPhone and Mac, and a plain URL for anything else.
Calendar Sync gives your server a private iCalendar feed that members subscribe to in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Events, tournaments, parties, scheduled announcements and opted-in birthdays show up next to the rest of their week and update by themselves. Each member can also get a personal feed with only what they signed up for.
/calendar server

Only you can see this
A standard iCal (.ics) feed: Google Calendar and Outlook buttons, a webcal:// link for Apple Calendar on iPhone and Mac, and a plain URL for anything else.
Pick the sources: Events, tournaments, Parties with a start time, scheduled Announcements and Birthdays.
/calendar mine gives each member their own link with only the events they RSVP’d to, the parties they joined and the tournaments their team plays in.
A birthday appears only after the member opts in with /calendar birthday. Never the year or the age, and you can show birthdays without names.
Add an alarm from 5 minutes to a day before each item, so members get a reminder from their own calendar app, not only from Discord.
Links use long random tokens and aren’t indexed by search engines. Leaked one? Make a new link and the old one stops working at once.
Open https://console.botgg.app, choose your server and switch on Calendar Sync. Pick the sources, the calendar name, how far ahead it reaches and an optional reminder.
Copy the link from the Feed tab, or let members run /calendar server to get it with Google Calendar and Outlook buttons and steps for Apple Calendar.
They add the link once. New events, time changes and cancellations reach their calendar the next time the app refreshes the feed.
Members who want only their own plans run /calendar mine. Those who want their birthday shown opt in with /calendar birthday.
Most people don’t check a Discord channel to find out what is on this weekend; they check their calendar. Calendar Sync puts your server there. Each item carries its time, place and a link back to Discord, cancelled events stay in the feed as cancelled instead of silently disappearing, and times are sent in UTC so every app shows them in the member’s own time zone.
The feed covers the last two weeks by default and up to 180 days ahead; you can change both in the settings. Scheduled announcements and birthdays are off until you turn them on.

Enable Calendar Sync in the BotGG console and run /calendar server. Tap the Google Calendar button (or paste the link under Other calendars → From URL). The server’s schedule then appears in Google Calendar and keeps itself up to date.
Yes. It is a standard iCal feed: Apple Calendar subscribes through the webcal:// link on iPhone or Mac, Outlook through its button or Add calendar → Subscribe from web, and any other app that supports calendar subscriptions works with the plain URL.
The feed itself is refreshed within minutes, and it asks calendar apps to check again every hour. Each app decides how often it really refreshes; Google Calendar can take several hours.
Anyone who has the link, so share it only with your members. The link is a long random token, isn’t indexed by search engines and can be replaced from the console at any time. Personal links belong to one member, who can make a new one with /calendar mine rotate:True.
No. Birthdays are off by default, and even when you turn them on only members who ran /calendar birthday show:True appear, with the name they agreed to and never the year or age. You can also show just “3 birthdays” per day without names.
