Numbered suggestion cards
Every idea gets a number (#12) and a clean card with title, details, status and live vote counts, plus a 🟩/🟥 bar showing how many are in favor.
Give your community a real feedback channel. Members submit ideas with /suggest, everyone votes with 👍 and 👎 buttons and talks it through in a thread, and your staff move each suggestion from pending to approved, denied or implemented — with the author told why.
/suggest

Every idea gets a number (#12) and a clean card with title, details, status and live vote counts, plus a 🟩/🟥 bar showing how many are in favor.
One vote per member, stored by the bot. Clicking again removes it; switching sides is allowed unless you turn it off. No reaction spam, no double votes.
Discussion goes into a thread named after the suggestion, so the channel stays a clean list of cards. Threads can archive when a decision is made.
Staff press 🛠️ Manage or use /suggestion approve, deny, consider or implement with an optional reason shown on the card.
The author gets a DM with the decision. Approved and implemented ideas can be copied or moved to their own channels.
Cooldowns, minimum and maximum length, blocked roles and optional anonymous posting keep the channel useful. Staff are exempt from the cooldown.
Open Suggestions in the web console, choose the channel and set staff roles, cooldown, length limits and colors per status.
/suggest opens a form with a title and details. If the text doesn’t fit your rules, the member can fix it without retyping everything.
The bot posts the card with 👍, 👎 and Manage buttons and opens a discussion thread. Counts update live.
Approve, deny, consider or mark as implemented in Discord or the console. The card updates, the thread gets a note and the author is notified.
Every suggestion moves through five clear states — 🕓 pending, 🤔 under consideration, ✅ approved, ⛔ denied and 🚀 implemented — each with its own color on the card. Voting can close automatically once a decision is made, so the final tally stays honest.
The console adds what Discord can’t: a dashboard with suggestions per day and status breakdown, a searchable list sorted by newest, top voted or most controversial, and a drawer to change status with a live preview of the updated card.
Some servers prefer members to just type in the suggestions channel. BotGG can convert plain messages into suggestion cards (first line becomes the title), but this relies on Discord’s privileged Message Content access for the bot. When it isn’t available, the console shows a warning and members use /suggest, which always works.
For quick yes/no questions, Polls are the better fit; for private feedback or reports, use Tickets.

Enable Suggestions in the web console and pick a channel. Members can use /suggest right away; staff roles, cooldowns and status colors are optional.
Yes, if you allow it. The card then shows “Anonymous member” instead of the name. Staff can still manage the suggestion as usual.
Yes. Clicking the same button again removes the vote, and clicking the other one switches it — unless you disable vote changes. Each member always has at most one vote.
Yes. When staff approve, deny, consider or implement a suggestion, the author gets a DM with the new status and the reason, if one was given.
Optionally. Auto-convert turns plain messages in the channel into suggestions, but it needs Discord’s Message Content access for the bot. Without it, /suggest is the way to post.
Add BotGG for free, then switch features on in the web console.
