Real slash commands
Your commands show up in Discord’s / menu next to every other command, with an English description and an optional Russian one. They appear about half a minute after you save.
Stop typing the same answers every day. With BotGG you create real slash commands for your server, like /rules, /ip or /faq, and auto-replies that react when someone writes a keyword. Each answer can be text, an embed, random variants and buttons.
/ip

hey, what’s the ip?

Hi Sam, it’s play.example.net. Type /ip any time to see it again.
Your commands show up in Discord’s / menu next to every other command, with an English description and an optional Russian one. They appear about half a minute after you save.
Match messages that contain a phrase, equal it, start or end with it, contain it as a whole word, or match a safe regex. Up to 20 triggers per rule.
Add up to 10 response variants and the bot picks one at random. Use {user}, {server}, {membercount}, {random:a|b|c} and more in the text.
Attach link buttons or role buttons: a click toggles the role for that member. Roles with dangerous permissions are refused unless you allow them.
Set a cooldown per user (and per channel for auto-replies), and limit who can use a command and where. Staff can skip these limits if you want.
Auto-replies can also react with emoji, DM the author, add or remove roles and delete the trigger message. Need more logic? Convert a rule into a Flow.
Open https://console.botgg.app, pick your server and switch on Custom commands. Choose whether only the first matching auto-reply runs or all of them.
Give it a name like ip, a description and an answer. Add an optional user or text option, buttons, a cooldown and the roles or channels that may use it.
Type the keywords, pick how they match and what the bot does. The test box shows which rule would fire for any message before you save.
Members type /ip or ask “what’s the ip?” in chat and get the answer right away. The console shows how often each command and rule was used.
Each custom command is registered with Discord as a slash command for your server only, so members get autocomplete and descriptions instead of guessing a !prefix command. A command can take one option, a member or a short text, which you insert into the answer with {option}. Make the answer visible to everyone or only to the person who ran it (an ephemeral reply). Only member mentions ever ping; roles and @everyone in an answer stay silent.
You can create up to 10 commands on Free and 100 on Pro. Names of BotGG’s own commands are reserved, and Discord allows up to 100 server commands per bot. If a command can’t be registered, the console shows why.
{user}, {user.mention}, {user.name}, {user.id}: the member{server}, {channel}, {membercount}: where it happened{option}: the value typed into the command option{random:a|b|c}: one of several words or phrasesAuto-replies run in the order you set. Limit them to certain channels or roles, ignore others, and add a cooldown per member and per channel so a busy chat doesn’t turn into bot spam. Bots, webhooks and system messages never trigger a rule, and a built-in cap stops runaway replies during a spam wave.
Reading message text needs Discord’s Message Content access for the bot; without it, rules only see messages that mention the bot, and the console tells you so. You can have up to 10 auto-replies on Free and 100 on Pro. For multi-step automations, open a rule in Flows with one click.
No slash commands — everything is configured in the web console and runs automatically.
Every feature works on the Free plan. Pro raises the limits and unlocks extras.
| Limit | Free | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Custom slash commands | 10 | 100 |
| Auto-reply rules | 10 | 100 |
Invite BotGG, open the console, enable Custom commands and click New command. Enter a name, a description and the answer, then save. The slash command appears in your server’s / menu about half a minute later.
A custom command runs when a member types it in the / menu. An auto-reply watches normal chat messages and reacts when a keyword or pattern matches, with no command needed.
Yes. Add a role button to the answer: each click adds the role or removes it again. Auto-replies can also add or remove roles directly. The role must be below the bot, and roles with dangerous permissions are blocked unless listed under Privileged roles.
Check that the rule is enabled and its channel and role filters fit, then try your message in the console’s test box. If the bot has no Message Content access, it only sees messages that mention it, and the console shows a notice.
Up to 10 commands and 10 auto-replies on the Free plan, and 100 of each on Pro. See pricing.
Add BotGG for free, then switch features on in the web console.
