A custom Discord invite link with analytics that counts real joins

BotGG Links turns discord.gg/x7Kq2Pz into botgg.click/your-server. Each link opens a fast landing page with your server’s name, icon, banner and member counts, and its big Join button goes to a Discord invite the bot created just for that link — so you see exactly how many people viewed, clicked and actually joined.

Sharing a BotGG link with your community

What you get

Your own short link

Pick a name from 3 to 32 characters (a–z, 0–9 and dashes) and share botgg.click/your-name on socials, streams, videos and ads instead of a random invite code.

A landing page that converts

Server name, icon, banner, your own title, description and tags, plus live member and online counts. Rendered on the server, so it opens fast — with an optional auto-redirect.

Exact join tracking

Every link gets its own Discord invite, and BotGG’s invite tracker credits each join to it. No guessing from use counts: views, Join clicks and real joins, side by side.

Invite analytics

Unique visitors, conversion rates, 7-, 30- and 90-day trends, top referring sites, devices, browsers and UTM campaigns for every link, right in the console.

Pixels with consent

On Pro, add your Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Reddit or Snapchat pixel ID. Pixels load only after the visitor agrees in the page’s consent banner.

Safe by design

A link can only ever lead to a Discord invite created by the bot — never to another website. Every page has a Report link, and misleading links are taken down.

How it works

  1. Enable BotGG Links

Open your server in the BotGG console and turn on Links. The bot needs the Create Invite permission for the channel you choose.

  2. Claim your link

Choose a name for botgg.click/… and the channel new members land in. BotGG creates a dedicated invite for that link.

  3. Design the landing page

Add a title, description and tags, and optionally an auto-redirect, and pick an accent colour and background. On Pro, add your pixels.

  4. Share it and watch the numbers

Post the link anywhere, add UTM tags per campaign, and compare views, Join clicks and joins in the console.

A Discord server invite link with analytics you can trust

A plain discord.gg invite only tells you how many times it was used. BotGG Links shows the whole funnel: how many people opened the page, how many pressed Join and how many actually joined your server. Joins are matched through the link’s own invite code by the bot, so the numbers are exact, not estimated.

Tag each post with UTM source, medium and campaign values to compare a YouTube description with a TikTok bio or a paid ad, and see which sites send the most visitors. Statistics are kept per day, so you can follow a campaign over 7, 30 or 90 days.

  • Free: basic stats — views, Join clicks and joins.
  • Pro: full analytics — unique visitors, conversion, referrers, devices, browsers, operating systems and UTM.
  • Countries appear where country lookup is available.
  • Works together with Invites & Rewards and your Welcome message.

Ad pixels, only with the visitor’s consent

Running ads for your community? On Pro you can add pixel IDs for Meta (Facebook), Google Analytics 4 / Google tag, TikTok, X, Reddit and Snapchat. They record a page view on the landing page and a lead when someone presses Join. You only enter IDs, never scripts.

Pixels never load silently. A link with pixels shows a consent banner that names your server, Google Analytics sits under “Analytics” and the ad pixels under “Marketing”, and nothing is loaded until the visitor chooses. Links without pixels show no banner and set no cookies. BotGG’s own statistics never use cookies or store IP addresses — see the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Safe links, clear plans

The destination of a BotGG link is always a Discord invite the bot created for your server, so a link can’t be turned into a redirect to a phishing site. Each landing page has a Report link, BotGG staff can disable or reassign misleading links and reserve brand names, and a link switches off by itself if the bot leaves the server or its invite is deleted. Names that promise free prizes or use someone else’s brand are not allowed (Acceptable Use Policy).

  • Free: 1 link with basic stats, custom accent and background, and a small “Powered by BotGG” note.
  • Pro: 10 links, full analytics, pixels, no branding.
  • White Label: 50 links.

Slash commands

No slash commands — everything is configured in the web console and runs automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a custom Discord invite link?

Enable BotGG Links in the console, choose a name (3–32 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and dashes) and a channel. You get botgg.click/your-name, which opens your server’s landing page and joins through a dedicated invite.

How does BotGG know someone actually joined?

Every link has its own Discord invite created by the bot. When someone joins with it, BotGG’s invite tracker credits the join to that link — so joins are counted exactly, not estimated from clicks.

Is BotGG Links free?

Yes. Free includes 1 link with views, Join clicks, joins and custom styling, plus a small “Powered by BotGG” note. Pro gives 10 links, full analytics, pixels and no branding. White Label includes 50 links. See Pricing.

Do pixels work without visitor consent?

No. Pixels load only after the visitor agrees in the consent banner on that link’s page, and only the categories they allow. Links without pixels show no banner at all.

Can a BotGG link point to another website?

No. A link always leads to a Discord invite the bot created for your server. That keeps links safe to click and stops them from being used for scams.

What happens if the bot leaves or the invite is deleted?

The link is disabled automatically, so visitors never land on a broken invite or a server the bot has left.
