Role slots with capacities
Write roles one per line — “🛡️ Tank 4”, “💚 Healer 4”, “⚔️ DPS 6” — and each becomes a slot with a live counter and its own sign-up button.
Parties is a raid sign-up and LFG bot for Discord. One command posts a roster with role slots like Tank, Healer and DPS; members sign up with a click, extras wait on the bench, and BotGG checks who actually showed up in voice.
/party create template: Weekly raid

Write roles one per line — “🛡️ Tank 4”, “💚 Healer 4”, “⚔️ DPS 6” — and each becomes a slot with a live counter and its own sign-up button.
When a role is full, members go to the bench with their preferred role remembered. When a spot opens, the first in line is promoted and pinged.
Questions stay out of your main channel. Sign-ups, leaves, switches and promotions are logged in the party thread automatically.
Up to 20 roles get buttons. Larger rosters switch to numbers mode: members mention the bot with a role number in the thread.
Link a voice channel to see who signed up but isn’t there, and who is there without signing up. Attendance marks members present, absent or late.
A reminder goes out before the start, attendance is taken automatically, and the party closes itself a few hours later.
Enable Parties in the BotGG console, choose allowed channels, who can create and manage parties, reminder timing and a role to ping.
Build templates for your regular content — a raid, a dungeon, a 5v5 scrim — with roles, emojis and slot sizes as structured rows.
Run /party create (optionally with a template), fill in title, roles, footer and a start time like 20:00, tomorrow 21:30 or in 2h.
Members click to sign up. Leaders use /party voice, /party ping missing, /party attendance take and /party close when the run is over.
Raid leaders spend too much time counting heads. With Parties the post itself is the roster: every role shows filled and total slots, 🔊 marks signed-up members who are already in the linked voice channel, and the start time uses Discord timestamps so everyone sees it in their own time zone.
Start times are read in your server’s time zone and accept many formats: 2026-09-27 20:00, 27/09 20:00, 8pm, tomorrow 21:00, in 30m. Organizers can edit the party later — sign-ups survive as long as the role still exists.
/party ping mentions everyone, only those missing from voice, or one role.A few minutes after the start, BotGG takes an attendance snapshot of the linked voice channel. Members who arrive within the grace period are upgraded from absent to late, and leaders can mark someone as excused.
/party stats shows each member’s parties, present, late and absent counts and attendance rate, and the console keeps a leaderboard with a range filter and CSV export — useful when deciding who gets the next raid spot.

Enable Parties in the BotGG console, then run /party create in an allowed channel. Enter the roles one per line with their slot count and a start time; the bot posts the roster with a button per role. The Discord raid sign-ups guide covers templates and attendance.
If the bench is enabled, the member goes to the bench with that role remembered. When someone leaves, the earliest bench member for the role is confirmed automatically and pinged in the thread.
Yes. A party can be as small as one role with two slots — handy for duos, dungeon runs or scrims. Link a voice lobby to see who is ready.
Yes. A reminder mentioning the roster is posted in the party thread before the start (15 minutes by default), and it can also be sent by DM.
Link a voice channel with /party voice. At start plus the configured delay, signed-up members in voice are marked present and the rest absent; late arrivals within the grace period become late.
Add BotGG for free, then switch features on in the web console.
